It’s an unspoken rule in the man world that you must take in all the groceries in one trip, no matter how many bags you have.  Yet, there is no rule that you must fill every pause in a speech with an ah, um, like, or you know.  Do you suffer from get it all out of your mouth syndrome with out even a pause.    Do you think that you audience appreciates your rapid fire non-stop speech.  The answer is NO – they are only obtaining about 20% of what you are saying and your filler words are driving them nuts.  So, end the use of rapid fire speech and filler words with a lesson from TALLspeaking.

    Love it!!! I am so the man in that video…I totally try to carry all the bags AND fill all of the verbal space!!!
